IngéPLUS (.INGÉ+)
IngéPLUS is a mentoring and support program designed for BTS students who have the potential to go further — even if they don’t always realize it yet. Through IngéPLUS, we help students discover careers in engineering, connect with companies looking for new talent, and explore every academic and professional path available after their BTS. The program offers continuous guidance, inspiring workshops, and real-world opportunities to ensure every student has the best chance to succeed and pursue higher education. IngéPLUS has supported more than 2,000 students so far, with over 90% success in the BTS and 100% completion in bachelor or professional degrees within three years. Thanks to IngéPLUS, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Diversity Conference at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, where we exchanged ideas about inclusion, education, and the future of engineering.
